Deb helped us find a great house after looking off and on for a very long time. She knows all the areas of the city and is the perfect person to help you navigate and avoid the pitfalls that show up. She works hard to stay up to date on what is on the market and coming soon as well so her clients can get in to see homes that would fit them. We were very picky so it took us a while to find the right home for us but when we did she helped us sell our home within a few days. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling as her experience and dedication are invaluable, especially in this fast moving market. Definitely 5 stars all around. Thanks to Deb, Craig and Jessica for making our first first realtor experience in 20 years seamless and low stress.

Very happy with Debra as my agent.. she always kept me up to date immediately on any issue or news. As I live out of province, it was very reassuring to know she was looking after my best interests, and even did a video of my condo which I think helped to sell it as the buyer too was out of province. My daughter used Debra as well and also had a very good experience and successful sale.Way to go Deb!
