Our property was somewhat unique as a 1/4 ownership unit in the busy & varied Whistler market. I sought an agent who specifically included this kind of property in their history & current portfolio. Denise Brown filled the bill. 1st of all, her website and client information were extremely well organized and thorough. This was much appreciated by us as very inexperienced sellers. Her prompt response time to inquiries, initiation of the listing, description of tools used for advertising, review of similar listings with past and present price comparisons, estimation of potential asking price and final negotiation of sales contract were smooth, efficient, comprehensive and (most importantly for us) effortless.
