We had the pleasure of working with Devin on our recent move from the Lower Mainland to the Saanich Peninsula. We had a fairly specific list of things we were looking for in our new home, adding to the already challenging task of finding a home in a location in which we did not currently live. Devin went above and beyond in all of our interactions, facilitating our need for last-minute viewings and, at times, transportation to and from the ferry - and was always available to answer our questions. He helped us navigate the crazy pandemic-fuelled real estate market and, above all, had the patience to work with us through failed offers and many viewings over several years until we found the home we were looking for. Devin is a very knowledgeable and capable ally to have on your side in a real estate transaction, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone in search of (or selling) a home on the Saanich Peninsula!
