We met him in January to get to know him a little and tell him how we planned to sell our condo and purchase a single-family home. The condo market has not been great the past few years (we had other realtors turn us down because they didn't feel the sale would be "worth it"), but Devin took us on, and we sold our place in FIVE DAYS! We had many viewings, much more than any of us anticipated. Devin took the time to figure out staging the condo with us and explained the do's and don'ts. When it comes to the buying part of our journey, Devin was always there for us and was responsive to all our requests, which was terrific. Devin was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, which meant a lot to me. We finally found our house last month, and the process was smooth.
