"We were very happy working with DK Rice and the whole Team Rice for a home purchase in Invermere BC. And we've sold and bought again with her and RT. We came from Calgary over several weeks to view properties and DK was just great to work with. She seemed like she was always available around our timelines and got us into the homes we wanted to see, sometimes with very short notice. Her local knowledge is top drawer excellent. What is even more impressive is the after sale service we received. She supplied a list of trades people, banks, lawyers etc. and she helped make and keep the appointments as we were dealing from out of town. We hired one of the lawyers she recommended, and were vary happy with them, also the Inspection person she recommended. That kind of service is invaluable. We loved working with the Rice team! We had used DK when we purchased our house 17 years ago and was so happy that she was still in the business when we wanted to sell our vacation home.
