Ellen was respectful of my home. Was polite and casual in reviewing things that should perhaps be done to home. Never felt degraded in the least with suggestions. Very well spoken and appreciated aspects of home when they were presented. Knowledgeable and open to learning more about my residential area. Helpful in many aspects. Great support during time on the market. Helpful in obtaining legal help with sale of home. Great Lady.
