Elliott Chun made time to fit my wife and I into his busy schedule which I would think was not easy for him to do back then especially because we lived in Ontario which restricted our communication to that of a long range relationship type, limited to phone, text, FaceTime video calls and eMail, all of which Elliott mastered. We were seeking to purchase in North Vancouver BC at that time when listings on MLS within our target search area were few and far between. Apparently, however, that was not an issue for Elliott though, as he immediately utilized electronic programming to seek our desired profile criteria while also beating the bushes and in no time it seemed, our dream home fell into our laps. Elliott also utilized electronic equipment and technology in a manner that even made the remote purchase process unfold as smoothly as we could have imagined possible.
