Elliott was awesome helping us through a fast paced sell/buy cycle and with some very tough negotiations in a fluctuating market. With a cool head, good advice, and ready to get some outside ideas from others when we needed it. Spot on with help on contractors, inspectors, etc. as well! Above and beyond!
