Emily has been our realtor throughout the purchase of several properties. She knows so much about houses in general and has her finger on the pulse of the market, always working so hard to ensure we get the best possible purchase price based on current market conditions. We met Emily during a Kijiji purchase and hit it off immediately (chatted for 2 hours in my backyard!!). She is authentic, genuine, and operates with the utmost integrity. Emily Schuurmans - remember the name. Emily is personable, very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, a genuinely good person. During the selling/buying process, I learned so much from Emily. During walkthroughs, she looked for things I wouldn’t think to look for which took pressure off me. It allowed me to focus on the bigger picture which was, could this place feel like home. During the uncertain times of COVID, she helped me find a home that was everything I was looking for and more, all the while staying on budget which was set pre-covid.
