I cannot begin to find the words that express our gratitude for Emily for both the sale of our current house, and purchase of our new home! When we first met with Emily, we felt so at peace because of her confidence, experience, & knowledge when it came to the house market. We told Emily what we were looking for in a house for our family; and she quickly began booking us tours, giving us feedback on the homes we looked at, and guiding us to ensure we weren’t overpaying for a house in this crazy covid market. We felt SO at peace to know that we were making financially wise choices for our family, with her guidance & wisdom. We found our new PERFECT home for our family & we placed our faith in Emily to advocate for. We are happy to say our dream home now has our sold sign on the front lawn, thanks to Emily! She went above & beyond to meet in person with the home owners & their realtors (following all the safe covid guidelines according to health Canada) to show them a video of our family (so they could meet us virtually) and connected with the current home owners, needless to say, our offer was accepted! What really makes Emily stand out is her knowledge of the 'inner workings' of a home and her honesty. She knows what to look for, potential 'red flags' and also what is cosmetic/an easy fix. I was recommended to listen to a podcast that Emily had been featured on. After listening to the podcast I instantly new I needed to contact her about the sale of my property. We meet in person and set a plan in place to finish and list my house for sale. This was the best decision I have ever made.
