Purchasing my first home was a big task I was nervous to do but Erica was there the entire time to answer any questions I had and follow up with important deadlines. She made the whole process enjoyable and effortless! Loved working with her and would recommend her hands down!

We have used Erica a number of times and each time was a great experience. Erica brings many years of industry experience and has the ability to tactfully coach you, even if opinions differ (eg. sale price). Erica can act fast, tapping into many facets of the industry such as photographers, floor plan mappers, interior decorators/staging etc. If you're thinking about listing, absolutely give her a ring. Communication was terrific end to end.
