So when we decided to sell our condo we naturally chose Erica so that she would be able to answer questions that potential buyers might have, not only about the recent history of the condominium complex but also about the nearby amenities. Erica Rendell has been persistent and dedicated in keeping me up to date with listings that were in keeping with my budget and requirements for a new home, even during the 2 months while I was out of the country. Having understood my needs/intentions, she has shown much patience and an honest desire to meet those requirements and thankfully has been successful.

I have worked with a few realtors in the past and I can say that Erica is the most dedicated, professional, and hardest working realtor I’ve worked with. Everything about my experience working with Erica was outstanding, specially the constant and clear communication (which made a great difference being remote), her attention and dedication (even considering it was a small apartment), her planning, resourcefulness and zeal to get things done on schedule and to meet our goals. We worked with Erica extensively over the summer and fall. She helped us sell our condo and subsequently purchase a house in Coquitlam. Initially, my wife and I felt overwhelmed - open houses, paper work, lawyers, brokers etc.. Erica, made the whole process seamless and much much easier. She helped us plan those two months and walked us step by step through the process. She was available almost 24/7 and is very quick responding to both emails and phone calls. Most importantly, she was proactive, full of energy and always one step ahead of the game. Her knowledge of the Metro-Vancouver market and of excellent firms in the real estate industry - whether brokers, inspectors or lawyers is second to none.
