Erica was fantastic! As first time home buyers, my husband and I had a lot of questions and a lot we didn’t know about the process. Erica was very available and transparent throughout, and helped us find a place that was right for us.

Erica will follow through every question or concerns I have. She make sure I know what my next step is and guide me through out. She was showing me alot of data before placing the offer.

Whether selling or buying a property, I would absolutely recommend Erica as a realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely organized. Erica communicated with us regularly and was always available to answer our many questions. As well as researching and recommending potential properties, she would contact the seller’s agent and access all the information to consider. When we are ready to sell our home, there is no one else we would consider representing us. Erica Rendall is an outstanding realtor.
