As a first-time home seller, I was looking for a realtor that was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient to help guide me through the selling process. Eric always managed to exceed my expectations and was continuously raising the bar. At our first meeting I was struck by Eric’s extensive knowledge of the past and current real estate market and extremely impressed by his marketing and sales plan, which he executed meticulously. Throughout the selling process Eric was always very engaged, responsive, and informative and could be relied on for a prompt follow-though when actions needed to be taken. Eric not only helped to make the selling process less stressful but also ensured I got the best possible price for my home.
