He has the tools and skills for getting the best price for your home, and goes the extra mile offering support on anything you may find trouble organizing along the way. Eric responded to my initial request within a few hours and scheduled a visit to my house the very next day. This was important as I was moving out of the province in a couple of days. The selling price suggested seemed a little higher than market, however, Eric discussed the strategy and market analysis with me after which I was comfortable. We accepted an offer 2 days after listing, which was a lot higher than I expected. Eric also made regular visits to the house as I was in another province and needed someone to check the property.
