Eric is experienced, calm, pressure-free, and data-driven, and has expertise in condos, characteristics that were crucial in setting and getting an appropriate price for the market as well as navigating the paperwork. Can I give more than 5 stars? Eric is a great agent, a positive experience start to finish. His suggestions for pricing, staging and expectations were spot on. He helped me sell my Dad's house in less than a day. Plus, he is a really kind and nice person!
