Eric was fantastic as a realtor. He helped out in all aspects of the sale. From what areas to focus updates on, to the process for getting people into the house, to the overall sale process. He helped with resources for some work that was needed. Helped get me in touch with a designer to provide feedback and help choose the best options for the home renos. Also helped provide multiple options for lawyers, especially ones that could help with a remote sale. Overall I had a fantastic experience working with Eric and would recommend him to anyone I know that is selling their home.
