Erik recently helped my Wife and I purchase our first home. Though I have never gone through this process before, I can confidently say that I would recommend Erik to each person who is buying a house. As a Realtor, Erik has lots of knowledge about the KW area, he is easy to ahold of, and quick to respond. He was very thorough and took his time with all the paperwork, ensuring we had a good understanding of each document (this was all very much appreciated as we knew NOTHING when it came to buying a home). He offered lots of contacts, but was never pushy, and he worked with us. He listened and adapted his work to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. I can also speak very highly about Erik as a person. He was genuinely easy to get along with and made these stressful times a lot easier for my wife and I. Many of our exchanges felt very casual and natural, he truly seems like he loves his job and helping people find a home that they love. Would definitely recommend and I will be using him again if needed!
