<p>Frances helped me purchase my first home and I can't say enough great things about her! The best part (aside from her patience and knowledge) was that "I don't know" and "no" were not words in her vocabulary. If I asked a question she either had the answer or got back to me surprisingly fast with one. If a date or time didn't work for me, she would go out of her way to accommodate my schedule - whether it was to view just one property or 7. The website she set up with listings was user friendly and easily helped me organize listings I wanted to see. She knew all about the areas I was considering and even had some great restaurant recommendations!</p> <p>She also helped my brother and his spouse find a home - and they couldn't say enough good things either! If you sent a question to her before you went to bed, you'd wake up the next day with an answer in your e-mail inbox. If you need a realtor, you really can't find better.</p>

<p>We bought and sold twice with Frances. Both experiences were excellent! She was professional, kind and was able to sell both places very quickly! I recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.</p>

Francis and the team were extremely professional and helpful through the entire process of looking for and buying a home. With the use of electronic documents to complete contracts and paperwork the process with quick and smooth. She was able to answer all of our questions and offered insight about things to consider when looking at homes. This was the second time we used Francis and the team (the first was selling a condo a few years ago).
