Rosemary and Gary recently sold our home. What was clear from the start is that we were their highest priority (even during hours where you'd expect they would be "off-line"). Having a two realtor team helped in this regard. They were up to speed on a multitude of places to advertise our home for maximum exposure, and cover the expenses to do so within their standard realtor fees. Rosemary and Gary knew about the latest technology to display our home, and used it effectively. They gave useful information on how to prepare our home for sale. Gary even offered for us to use his personal tools to help with this. Rosemary and Gary are very personable, and don't ever talk down to you. They kept us up to date on what was going on with the sale so we didn't have to ask. This really helped reduce the stress of selling a home. We highly recommend them.

Gary and Rosemary helped us find our first home. As a team, one of them was always quick to answer any questions and coordinate with the seller, our broker, and other professionals. If you need anything, they were willing to help figure out a solution whether it was by taking care of it themselves, or recommend someone who could help. We are so glad we asked Rosemary and Gary to be the ones to sell our mother's home. They were knowledgeable, tireless and kind -- in one instance Gary even jumped into the car late in the evening and came over to help, when we'd somehow locked ourselves out of the condo.
