<p>I recently needed to sell a home in Victoria. But this had to be done remotely, as I live on the island on the other side of Canada !</p> <p>Through a lawyer we asked for three Comparative Market analyses from different sources. One in particular stood out from the others in the detail of its account of the house's strengths and weaknesses, the depth of its market analysis, and the many recommendations for improving the sale prospects. So, despite the fact that their initially suggested asking price was well below the other two, there was no hesitation in engaging the services of Rosemary Tulett and Gary Sims.</p> <p>And I have to say that the service they provided was OUTSTANDING. In the absence of the Seller much beyond the usual perforce fell to them. Although the house was almost empty there remained things to be removed and stored. There was cleaning and floor finishing to be organized. There was paintwork to be done, most of which Gary himself took on. Drapes to be bought, woodwork repairs, groundscaping and garden to be tended to; and all was done with the greatest care and attention to detail.</p> <p>They kept me constantly abreast of the progress by virtual means. And when the house finally went on the market it sold immediately, for well above the new (and much higher) asking price.</p> <p>I could not have had a better experience. I can recommend them without reservation.</p>

No matter how big or how small your real estate needs are, whether buying or selling, Rosemary has proven that it is her CLIENT and his/her needs that come first!</p> <p>Rosemary kept us up to date with information every step of the way in a courteous and timely manner.
