Georgiana was referred to us by friends who she had acted for previously, and boy did we luck out as we had no experience with real estate agents in Scarborough! We needed to sell a family member’s home that had been left without any real upkeep for years and she gave us references for landscape work, an electrician, a company to remove all of the contents and a cleaner to clean the interior for sale. All of the people she recommended were top notch and very efficient. Georgiana oversaw all of the preparations as we did not live nearby. Once all of the preparations were completed over a period of several weeks, we listed the house and Georgiana sold it in less than a week for more than the listed price! Georgiana also recommended a local real estate lawyer to act for us who also was excellent. Georgiana made the entire difficult process survivable for us and we can’t give her high enough praise. I can’t imagine anyone would be disappointed in hiring her.

She met with my son, for whom the property was being purchased. They went over what he/we were looking for, and started looking for properties. She provided some options and took into consideration properties he himself had found. When nothing suitable was identified, she helped us adjust our search parameters. When we bid on properties, she was available no matter the day of the week. When we found the house we eventually bought, she helped us with many practical matters. We benefited from her combination of experience, expertise, patience and persistence. Thank you.
