Tony Bell was my realtor. When the real estate market was a seller's market back in early 2022, I met Tony for the first time. He advised me to be patient and, if I could, look at buying when the market is more reasonable. I followed his advise and, when the market cooled, I began looking for my new home. His advise saved me thousands of dollars from billing wars and the emotional turmoil of not getting the home you desire. When we had found an ideal home, Tony assisted in negotiations and helped us understand each step of the buying process. This is crucial for us, as we were new to the British Columbia home buying process. During the final inspection, Tony assisted in ensuring items removed from the wall (which were not supposed to be removed) were replaced/returned. After the sale, we had an issue with a monitoring system. Although his was no longer his responsibility as the sale had concluded, Tony helped us significantly in resolving the issue. Tony is a gentle, patient, and to the point realtor. He has significant experience in the Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows cities and will go above expectations to ensure you find an ideal home for your family!
