Firstly, we would like to thank RE/MAX Team PALIWAL for their exceptional service. This is the 2nd experience with them and it was amazing as always :). Since we didn't have any prior experience with investment property, we were hesitant to go for one, but Gyanesh Paliwal and Yousef Guirgis made sure to brief us about investment property. They not only educated about the investment property but also told us the importance of getting the property at this point of time. Since this is our 1st investment property we were having hundreds of questions and they patiently answered each one of them with facts. As always they went above and beyond and our experience was just great. During the showing, Yousef explained what needs to be considered while getting an investment property and he monitored the property fom investor's point of view. Team Paliwal also negotiated the terms and price from the buyer's point of view when needed. Even after the agreement was finalized they discussed with the lawyer on the next steps. This is our first house purchase in Canada after having rented in Montreal for almost 4 years. We did not have any experience of the Ontario / Toronto market. Post which Pankaj spent a lot of time understanding all our housing needs., we found him to be very patient and he worked with us as long as we needed, in order to secure a house in the area of our interest.
