My experience with Harry during the search and approval process for our townhouse was exceptional. Before meeting him, I had tried working with other agents and was consistently disappointed—they rarely returned calls. Working with Harry, however, was easy and stress-free. He approaches everything strategically to save time and secure a property quickly. He explained each step of the process clearly, so I always knew exactly what to do—from gathering documents to completing my application. I sent him my application on a Friday morning, and before noon I was already approved for several homes. The next day, Saturday morning, we toured the properties, chose the one we wanted later that day, and the landlord was notified immediately. By Sunday, we met with the landlord and signed the lease. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, and I highly recommend him. I will definitely work with him again when I’m ready to buy.

Harry is a wonderful agent and more wonderful person. He helped us in many ways to get us our first time home. He did not only manage the Mortgage side of the transaction, but also made sure we are getting a property which can help us in rental income as well. He has also got his trade person’s later on to get some repairs done in the house on his own expense. We are really thankful to him for his services and kind gestures.
