Highly highly recommend Heather as your realtor as she is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and always readily available when you need her. At times, I've requested some last-minute viewings as I didn't live in town and yet Heather was able to schedule us in every time. With viewings, rather than trying to sweet talk me into buying any house, she shared her unbiased honest opinions which I very much appreciated. In the end, I bought a house that met my expectations without any complications nor difficulties. I will most definitely look for Heather again if given the opportunity!

I just want to say that I am extremely glad that I chose Heather as my realtor to buy my new home. From the very beginning to the end, she had always been responsive to my numerous inquiries, that I never had to wait a long time for her to get back to me. As a newcomer to Barrie, I didn't know much about the area but she gave me a lot of information, which helped tremendously. Even though my requests for viewings were sometimes very last-minute, she was able to schedule them right away so I could see the houses I wanted to check within my limited time table. Heather shared honest opinions on the houses we saw, and patiently waited until I found a place I really liked, instead of convincing me to just buy anything. She sincerely advised me on the offer price and as the result my family and I were able to find a new home in the neighbourhood we like with fair price. Heather knows her stuff - all the procedures went smoothly and flawlessly. I am definitely going back to her when I am moving again. Thank you Heather for everything!

Very knowledgeable and honest. Always easy to contact and quick to arrange viewings and other appointments as needed. She made the first time home buying process considerably less painful by being able to answer my questions about it, of which there were many. Her experience, perspective on the market, and efficiency were instrumental in securing my first home. I will definitely seek out her services again for any future real estate business.
