My experience with Heather and her stager was too good to be true. The team came over for an initial walk-through, told me the minor repairs my husband & I could do to maximize profit, staged our house without any extra fees, conducted open houses & our home was sold within seven days of being on the market. The photographer she worked with was also evidently an expert within his field & it came through in our photos. I also work from home and require a confidential workspace. To maximize showing availability, Heather allowed me access to an office within her building. It was truly above and beyond. Additionally, all their showing bookings are managed through a virtual platform, so confirming or denying a booking is as easy as clicking a button. You also can set it to autoconfirm on periods you are away. I am very surprised about how efficient one person can be. She is beyond expert level. WOW! Very friendly, hardworking and with a scarily good eye for detail! She had total control of the situation and was very confident about what she was doing AND for a good reason. Easiest home sale ever, which is saying a lot as we have small children.

We sold our home in Angus with Heather and couldn't be happier with the experience. She put a lot of great work in our place with a great staging, great photos and listing, weekly updates, professional administration and really great recommendations and advice throughout. I'm sure there is a lot more she did behind the scenes. We ended up selling over asking. We've had great and poor realtors in the past: Heather and her team are the best we've experienced. An easy recommendation. She came highly recommended to us by our neighbours who bought and sold with her.
