Helen is very good at closing the deal, striking all the right chords with the other realtor. Helen really listens to the concerns, intent, and position of both sides. We worked with Helen when we bought our first house 14 years ago, and we are so lucky that we were able to work with her again now that we are ready to move. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
