I found Ian to be an extremely competent agent. His many years of experience in the real estate industry were quite evident as he explained the process of buying a home in the present housing market in Ottawa. He walked us through the process of purchasing a home, explaining in detail every step along the way. My husband and I had many questions, and Ian was always able to answer them, responding in a timely and efficient manner. Ian offered guidance and advice when making the purchase on our home and was a master at negotiating at this time in the market when pricing wars are common. He was able to help us get a last minute inspection which made us feel so much more secure upon making the offer to purchase our house. I am so happy with the home we purchased and can't wait to move in! We are a military family and would recommend Ian and his team to any military family moving to Ottawa, or to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ottawa!

My Wife and I are downsizing and thankfully Ian was referred to us. He is a true professional in every sense!!
