Ian came to us highly recommended and this was the 2nd house that he sold for my family. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. We appreciated his views on upgrades to houses before selling and especially that he tended to not be in favour of making last minute upgrades and instead concentrated on the best way to sell the house as is.

Ian made me feel comfortable with the whole process when selling my home. The market changes and he explained everything so I felt confident I was in good hands. Selling or buying a home can be very emotional and the biggest purchase in your life. You want to be assured you made the right decisions.
