He advised us like an elder brother and made sure that we knew all positives and negatives of the properties before we made any decision. Ishkaran was very professional, gave quick responses to all our queries and made our entire home buying experience super smooth. He provided contacts of everyone that we needed (lawyer, mortgage broker, contractors, etc.) and didn’t leave anything for us to figure out ourselves.
