Ishtiaq is hands down the best real estate agent I’ve ever had for many reasons. His wealth of experience was reflected in every interaction during the sale of my home. I was a bit nervous about hiring someone from out of town to sell my home but I had followed his previous sales listings and could see that I would be in good hands. My experience did not deviate from his track record as he was able to sell the house within less than a week at a great price given the current market conditions. Ishtiaq was on point with the price of my home and could find ways to negotiate for more money for my house without me asking. Whenever I had any questions about the sale, Ishtiaq’s response was often supported with facts and data, which was very useful and reassuring. I can tell that Ishtiaq always had our best interest at heart, and this is honestly the first time I put all of my trust in my real estate agent to do what’s best for me. Never once did I feel that he was pushy or wanting me to do something that I didn't want to do. He was very patient and understanding throughout the process. Not only is Ishtiaq professional, efficient, and an excellent negotiator, but he and his photographer are very kind and empathetic people! A great trait to have in an agent and I will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family.

I have known Mr Ishtiaq for almost 20 Years since he started as a realtor , I dealt with him in 6 transactions selling and purchasing. I just finished my last selling and purchasing this week. After all this years dealing with Mr Ishtiaq what I can say about him as profession and personal level .. he's like spark diamond will shine up amount any other things around it. High standard of profession, knowledgeable all around in his profession and other things will definitely help me as a seller and buyer, he's a person who you definitely with no hesitation 100% you can trust. Mr Ishtiaq went out of his way several times during all those 20 years in 6 business transactions selling and purchasing things even he's not obligated to do it which is not related to his job . Mr Ishtiaq is very dedicated to his job and his name as a person., he's very patient dealing with his clients always on time and getting things done as promised. Selling a home and buying is a huge investment and you need a realtor who you can trust and with no hesitation I have been dealing with Mr Ishtiaq in my personal transactions recommending him to friends and I'll keep doing it. Choosing Mr Ishtiaq was a great advantage for me as buyer or seller. I have complete trust in him as professional and personal level. Ishtiaq is always available. Regardless of the time I call, he would always answer his phone or return my call promptly. He is warm, cordial and very professional. I usually, have a lot of questions, and Ishtiaq never gets annoyed with me, he takes time to listen and respond to all my concerns.
