James went above and beyond all expectations. Selling our home while living in the US can present some unique challenges and James was our primary contact for all stages. Constant communication and being able to trust we were in the best hands made this quick, easy and stress free.

I can only say good things about James. He went way above and beyond to help sell our house, some examples were: cutting the grass at the property, arranging for simple repairs, being on site to prepare the house for inspections, meeting with the some contractors, etc. James was always available to discuss things as they came up, held multiple open houses at our property. I would 100% use James again if we were to sell or buy a house.
