Worst realtor ever dealt with. I was late to close due to his incompetence. Worst part is once closed he didn’t even know where the keys were to hand off the property to me. Don’t waste your time. This was back in 2015ish

Cannot say thank you enough to James Knull, who helped me with my presale purchase! James has an approach to understand client needs in the beginning of the process, knowledge about the various areas (as I did not make it easy and we travelled the whole city!), professionalism, working experience with developers (which helps to get a great deals before the market gets them),negotiation and walking through every step of finalizing the deal. James made the whole experience of making the big decision easy! I would definitely recommend James and his team for your next real estate purchase!

James was excellent in helping me find my first investment property. He's got an excellent understanding of what's currently available on the market and has plenty of experience with investment real estate. His team was also very responsive. Would recommend to anyone looking to invest in residential real estate.

Another successful purchase with the Mogul Realty Group. James was 1 of 2 Realtors I worked with on this purchase. James was a pleasure to work with, having my best interest front and center. This purchase was different than my previous purchase as it was done 100% remotely due to the Pandemic. Showings were virtual using WhatsApp and was an advantage to me not having to trek through the snow. I look forward to working with James when I am ready to purchase again.
