James is an expert in real estate which makes this purchase so much easier because I trust his opinions. He’s very charismatic so it makes the experience a lot more fun. Whenever I have any questions, James has the answers. On top of that, he goes above and beyond. He was there every step of the way, has contacts for literally everything and even helped us get a tenant for our rental suite. I would recommend James without a doubt.
