We can't say enough good things about our experiences with Jared. From the moment we met him a few years back when we first purchased out here, he was super relaxed and approachable. This made it a no-brainer choosing Jared to help us sell our home and find a new one this second time around. One of the things we appreciated most was his proactive communication; he consistently kept us updated without us ever having to chase him for information. We never once felt the need to reach out as we knew Jared would let us know the moment anything changed! Jared also provided thoughtful, reasonable advice and never pushed us to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. When it came to marketing, he truly went above and beyond. The video he made for our home was not only hilarious but also incredibly effective, getting a ton of organic traction and really setting our listing apart. I first met Jared on my way back to my home in Ontario in 2024. I was starting my search for an affordable place in Merritt, being the nearest I could afford to be near North Vancouver. Jared took me on a tour of a few places before my drive back to Ontario. In May of 2025 I put my place in Ontario on the market and contacted Jared again to see what was available. After one false start he found a place and made an offer which I could afford and was a little below list. The vendor accepted and I moved in June 2035. My experience with Jared was great in that he was very knowledgable about manufactured homes and also got on with the job of finding me a home even as I was 4000 kilometres away. It was great to know he had good local knowledge and would work for me without too much input from me. The easiest part of buying and selling was the purchase that Jared made with me for my new home.
