In one word...phenomenal! </p>I hope I do justice to Jeff, Naomii, and Nate in writing this review for what they have done for me. </p>Day 1 meeting Jeff, he came thoroughly prepared in regards to the property I am looking to sell. The conversation was rather refreshing where Jeff focused on what I am trying to achieve in terms of my personal goals and expectations, unlike many other realtors I have experienced who provides a cookie cutter approach. Jeff was patient in answering all my questions and in days to follow as well. </p>Paperwork was prompt in putting the place up for sale and followed by a quick AV shoot and 3d mapping of the place. Oh boy! trust me when I say this I have never seen a video introduction for a home in the way Jeff and team does it, he goes beyond the extra mile! </p>Following the place coming up for sale, Jeff and team also set up "open house" to attract buyers and guess what, even before I asked they were already on top with following up with potential buyers. </p>Once we had an offer, Jeff, Nate, and Naomii were already on top of it, where their real expertise showed in how they negotiated a better price from the buyers than what they offered. Following the firm offer all three were swift, accurate, and efficient with the paperwork guiding me through each step and keeping me posted as well. </p>I must say throughout the process I have been anxious in many occasions, may be I am selling for the first time, however, I have no idea how these folks are so calm and gets the job done. </p>Not for a moment have I ever felt that Jeff wasn't working in my interest, rather he pushed for the best for me and even suggested at times where I shouldn't budge. If you ever want to have a real estate agent who has got your back, Jeff and team is the one! </p>I have saved this bit for the last. I needed to find a place to rent following this and Jeff showed me every rental I wanted to see including ones I have missed that he believed I would like, given what he got to learn of me for the past couple of months. Guess what! I ended up renting a place which Jeff found out and it checked all the boxes I needed it to. This is to say he isn't going to let you hang dry in the middle, but it is an end to end fantastic experience you are going to have with Jeff. </p>I wish Jeff and team all the very best and they will always me in my and my family's prayers!
