5 stars all around for Jennifer Gagnon. Selling my home was complicated due to contractors and engineers in the midst of a large project, and buyers all wanting impossible guarantees related to the project completion. And everything has an extra dozen steps and forms to sign in Quebec, so I was grateful to have a realtor that was knowledgeable of the processes and people involved. I never felt like I was a bother, even though I probably sent too many texts. I would highly recommend Ms. Gagnon and will use her again when I need to sell my most recent purchase.
