Jim helped my sister and I with the recent Estate sale of our Mum’s house. It was a difficult time for us, but we felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. He knows the area really well and was able to advise us, but in a collaborative way, so we always felt we were an integral part of the process. He did a great job marketing the property and though other homes came up for sale in the neighbourhood, his signage stood out from the others. He is very responsive and kept us well-informed throughout, keeping us updated about how things were going with our own showings and also other activity in the neighbourhood. He offers free staging as well which was really helpful for us. Jim goes above and beyond for his clients and we would highly recommend him!
