Jim has got to be one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest realtors out there. He is so polite, professional approachable and easy to work with. My wife and I recently sold a property and purchased another and he helped make the transactions go as smooth as possible. Because we were selling and buying at the same time it was a bit tricky with all the fine details involved and Jim really showed he had our best interests in mind the whole time. We managed to sell and buy all within 38 days from start to finish! We did not feel pressured at all in the transactions unlike past experiences with other realtors. And the photographer he uses takes absolutely great photos/videos of your property. I highly recommend Jim if you are looking to sell and/or buy real estate as he greatly minimizes the stress that might come with each transaction!
