We bought our first home at 25 and had no idea what we were doing. Luckily, we had Jim! Jim is patient, responsive, and trustworthy. He’s super knowledgeable about real estate and well-connected in the North Vancouver market. He helped us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Plus, Jim pays for professional movers! This is something we would’ve debated spending money on but Jim took that final step off our list of things to worry about.

We met Jim through lynnvalleyhomes website. We really liked his website because of its clean design and functionality. When we got more serious about selling our condo we met with Jim in person. Instantly, his professionalism and knowledge of the market impressed us. We began working with Jim on the sale and then later used him for the purchase of our new place as well. Buying or selling your home can be a very stressful time, but because of Jim, we went through the process much at ease. He was truly a God-sent!

Jim is now more than our realtor, our FRIEND!!! He is one of the most professional people we have met. He helped us find our house in Vancouver , since we recently moved from Venezuela, and we had the most wonderful experience in all the buying process.
