I was looking to buy a home in Vancouver Island area and my realtor recommended Jodie. She’s been very helpful throughout the process, even helped with a mortgage broker when mine stopped helping me. Once we set time for viewings she took time to arrange in appointments based on my schedule. After deciding on the property I was going to buy, Jodie did all the work on setting appointments for inspection, water and sewer testing, the entire process was so easy because of her. I highly recommend her, she does an amazing job.

When we decided to sell our house we had initially worked with some other realtors but found them to be strangely demoralizing. Jodie was then recommended to us by a friend and we wish we had gone with her from the start. She came in with energy and engaging positivity. She listened to our concerns about showings, asked questions and made notes about what we knew about the house and property. This spurred us to get the last items finished for the sale and to feel good again. She was present for the photos to make sure that the house was showcased in the best possible way and clearly had a good working relationship with the photography team. Those photos and our listing went live in under a week AND we got on a real estate tour that brought in 30 realtors right away; she was determined to make things happen and it was so reassuring. The sale of our home went to multiples which can be exciting but also overwhelming and Jodie patiently talked with us about our options and concerns. She stayed in close communication throughout the process and celebrated with us when we had a sale in good time for us to start our house hunt in the new posting. Just before we left she visited, was so positive about all the work we had done to leave the home ready for the new owners and brought us a gift that really reflected how well she had gotten to know us over the course of this sale.
