Jodie is the best!! Bought my first condo and she managed to get me MASSIVE savings. Because I lived out of town at the time she went into the unit on multiple occasions to check on a project the strata was working on. She saw so many flaws I didn’t see when I originally looked at the condo and helped me get set up with a home inspector who was able to help me get the full picture of everything going on. Together we ended up saving almost 20% off what the listing was originally put up for, and to top it all off when I first got in my condo on moving day I was greeted with a beautiful gift basket. I wouldn’t recommend another realtor to anyone unless she retires. Thanks again for everything Jodie!

5/5 isn't high enough! We decided to sell our home after a loss in our family. We are so thankful to Jodie for helping us during a tough time. Jeff and I were emotionally exhausted and didn't have much brain power left for the journey of selling our acreage. We didn't need it. Jodie had us covered! Her compassion and friendship filled our empty cup and her professionalism was priceless to us. The sale was quick and smooth. Thank you Jodie!
