This was our first home purchase, and I'm so happy Joel was there to help us navigate the process. He did an amazing job in all aspects. Purchasing a home is such a big decision and Joel removed all the stress from it. He worked with us to really understand the criteria we felt were the most important and helped us set realistic expectations. He also kept us on track when we started veering away from our true goals. When we were finally ready to place an offer, Joel asked us to sleep on it a night. He went and did further research and came back and told us he thought our offer was a bit high. In the end we were able to negotiate for an even lower final purchase price. I can't recommend Joel enough. His background as a CPA is surely an advantage as he has a real head for numbers.
