We had such a fantastic experience with Joel! He was so easy to talk to and we really felt like we could trust him entirely to do what was best for us. He did an amazing job of marketing our home. The presentation was so beautiful and professional. He also gave us such good information on the current state of the market which really helped us to find the right price point to sell. We had a buyer 3 days after listing and the deal was done within a week, at a time that the market had slowed down. He has a very customer-centered work ethic and he was so kind and giving of his time and energy. If you're looking for a realtor with honesty and integrity, he's your guy!
