We have been working with John for over 10 years and it has been an excellent experience. We would strongly advise anyone looking for real estate advise to reach out to John.

The time I spent with John, was productive, and exceptionally on point. He showed his investment of time and energy being fully present. He is well versed in the industry, and brought the buyers of my home to a level of comfort, to make the offer.

It was a pleasure working with John Surtees as our realtor. John provided current market condition and other data relating to where our house was to be listed. He took our comments and suggestions into consideration in making decsions going forward. When he had new information from third parties on our interest, he quickly forwarded the information to us. This information enabled us to make rational informed decisions. It also kept our expectations realistic. John is the consummate professional. ps John helped us purhase our new home a year ago. We appreciated his work then so we enlisted him to sell our old house when we were ready to sell it.

John Surtees has been so helpful to us over the 10 years we have known him. He is up to date in his knowlege around real estate issues. He is known and respected in the community he lives in by other real estate agents and by people in general. He always returned our calls in a timely manner and ended up being our go to person around other services we needed as we were selling and buying houses. He kept us informed of what was going on with our house we had for sale. He spent time and money marketing our house. Generally he worked really hard for us.

John was recommended to me by some family in Nanaimo and he did not disappoint! It was a pleasure of working with John and his colleague Ian on the recent sale of my relative's house who had moved into care. I live out of town and John went above & beyond to minimize my trips up island. He was a wealth of information and was very good at explaining things at every step of the way. He was also very sensitive to what was at times an emotional experience as we got my relative's house ready for sale. Overall a painless experience and I would highly recommend John if you are looking for a realtor in Nanaimo!

John Surtees helped my husband and I find our perfect home. He is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and a really great person. He went above and beyond for us answering all our questions and making sure that we found a home we love. John made buying our first home a very easy process and even provided us with phone numbers and emails of anyone we might need to help not only with our move but with any services we may have needed after our move in. I believe John really cares for his customers and really enjoys helping people, he’s not in it for a quick buck he really does want to help you find your forever home and to make it not only easy but enjoyable. Even during a pandemic. My husband and I have only good things to say about John he is truly an amazing realtor
