<p>Hi: John did a very good job in selling or home on prospect as well as helping us buy a new home on Sanderson road. Easy to work with and helpful with answers to our questions to both buying and selling of or home. I have no problem recommending John to people who we may meet or visit with in the future.</p>

<p>I believe the best part of working with John was his honesty, he told us what we needed to hear,not what we wanted to hear. With that being said as we moved forward with realistic expectations. Within no time there was a sold sign in the front yard and I believe it was a win-win for both us and the buyers. John relieved so much of the anxiety from this whole process as he took the time to always communicate with us exactly where we were in the process of the sell of the house.<br /> When asked if I would suggest a real estate agent to others, I respond with I would not use anyone else. John gave of service. He didn't just sell the house and do up the paperwork.</p>

<p>John was very helpful, and patient, in my house search. He made himself available to assist me, arranging times that worked with my schedule to view homes. He was patient and listened well with my wants in a home. He was quite knowledgeable with the locations I was looking in, as well as the pricing of homes in that area. When it was time to buy, he made the process smooth, negotiating on my behalf, and made my move in seamless. Thanks John for helping me find my wonderful home!</p>
