<p>My wife and I felt very comfortable having John represent us in the purchase of our home. John is very friendly, customer orientated, full of integrity and knew the market well. He communicated that to us on a regular basis. For at least 2 years!!! He was always patient, never pushy, and knew the right questions to ask and at the right time. When we were finally ready, we knew the market and were prepared and so was he. John represented us well. We are very happy with both the choice of our home and our realtor. John still communicates with us on a fairly regular basis. He may be buying and selling homes for a living but he's also building friendships & lasting relationships built on integrity along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to any of my friends or colleagues.</p>

<p>We had a limited amount of time to find a property and complete a move in city that we had little familiarity of. John helped us initially by adding focus to areas that we should concentrate on. Even within that area, he dared his beliefs on very specific locations, the strengths or weaknesses of an area or home. John was also very helpful in providing information on a variety of service providers that we would require to finalize our purchase. His firm is very capable of dealing with "at distance" buyers. Systems are intuitive and easy to use.</p>

<p>John is a pleasure to work with! He is a good listener, patient and very informed. He is diligent with follow up, ensuring all requested information is provided...and very helpful and resourceful in making sure all questions are answered. He seeks to understand what his client is looking for and presents good options and a good cross section to allow buyers to understand the area market and what their $$ can buy. I really appreciate being in his push email... Sending listings to my email that meet the criteria of home I am looking for...<br /> It's been a year since we started working with John and we still keep in touch. Even though we purchased one home...we continue to explore other properties of interest in the area. I am honoured to call John a friend as well as our agent!</p>

<p>My husband and I would recommend John to anyone purchasing a home in this area. His knowledge of Ladysmith and surrounding area was really helpful in our final decision.<br /> All of our calls, texts, and emails (and there were many!) were answered in a timely manner, and were never meant to feel like we asked too many questions. When purchasing a home long distance its great to have someone you can trust to handle things when you cant be present yourself.<br /> Once the sale was final and we were all moved in, and not yet knowing anyone in the area I needed a personal favour with regards to our child, and John helped us out with that as well, for which we are really grateful.<br /> He still keeps in touch, checking on how we are doing. The sale was in August and we still hear from him and it is now November. A reliable realtor and a truly nice person.</p>

<p>Out of curiosity, I called Remax for a market evaluation. I had no intent on selling any time soon, but was very interested on the value of our home. John showed up the same day, he was professional and optimistic. After we received our evaluation, we casually searched for homes online...this ended up with an accepted offer on a new home leaving us with only 3 days to list our house! John was great with the stress of a quick listing and his communication and suggestions were greatly appreciated. Four days after listing, our home was sold. if you're looking for a realtor who is on your team, John is your guy!</p>
