<p>I truly can't say enough good things about working with John Surtees. He is supportive, available, informed and hard-working. I highly recommend him! For all these reasons it is easy to see why he is so respected and recognized as being at the top of his profession.</p>

<p><br /> John was very patient as an agent. My wife and I had a very specific list of "must haves" for our home. Within 10 feet of walking in the door both my wife and I knew John had found our home. I spent a lot of time looking for a home without the help of an agent with no success. John nailed what we were looking for in short order.</p> <p>John also sold our old home and was a great advocate in a tricky time in the market and am currently working with John looking at investment property.</p>

<p>John Surtees was a great agent who helped me sell the property in a reasonable time at a price close to my goal sale price. In the back and forth negotiations after an offer letter was presented on the property, the settling price was fairly close to the opening offer, with a difference of about $500 being the point of contention, he argued for my offer and it was accepted. The sale was effortless and quick. I highly recommend John and his team.</p>

John had the knowledge and experience we needed to upgrade to our home for something that would work best for us. I would highly recommend John for any of your real estate needs. John Is very professional, as well as able to be amazing with our kids.</p>
