Jon is a seasoned professional and I would recommend his services to anyone that I know. I initially met with Jon in March 2020 and hired him in November 2020 after deciding to move. I knew after our first meeting that he was the right realtor for my sale and purchase.

<p>We were happy with Jon he was kind and respectful very professional and we felt comfortable with him very important to us we had our house listed twice before and was not as happy as this time. I just wish he was here to sell my house and we did not have to bring in another realtor to sell cause we could have saved more money it was only listed for less then a week and first offer 😓but still happy</p>

Jon has been my realtor for a couple of years now, and has always been in constant communication, treated myself and my family with respect. He is knowledgeable, honest and an awesome realtor. My condo took quite a while to sell, but Jon helped me through the whole process, kept me calm and was honest and realistic the entire time. If I was to recommend any realtor in Edmonton, it would be Jon Hull with 2% realty pro! Awesome realtor and even better person.

Jon is very efficient, flexible and knowledgeable on quick sale tactics. He listened to my requests and preferences and was accommodating. Followed safe Covid-19 protocols.

Jon was realistic and positive, which is a great combination in a challenging market (Covid-19). He helped us think through several situations that were not easy to decide in, without influencing us directly. He listened and learned who we are and communicated and negotiated for us accordingly.
